Bid Item Grid Enhancements have been Released

Buy-Out columns have been added so that POs and Subcontracts can be generated at amounts different than budgeted amounts. The Buy-Out columns mirror the Budget columns unless users adjust them.

Additionally, a new PO/SC Quote sub-grid is now in place. Users can now log subcontractor/vendor bids, and select them to be utilized as the buy-out and/or budget amounts.

Users can now use the Toolbox email distribution lists to email quote/estimates out of the Bid Item Grid.

The job’s default tax entity will default from the customer when a customer is assigned to the job. If this is applicable, place a default tax entity on the customer. For jobs with a default tax entity, the bid item grid will default the tax entity onto new rows, and the “Revenue Taxable” checkbox column will default to checked.
