Good things happeningWe have labeled our .net facilities “TimeSuite.” The TimeSuite grids and dialogs run along side the traditional Toolbox Accounting Suite. Combined, Toolbox TimeSuite offers a growing facility to manage your business. TimeSuite Estimating We are getting great reviews from our customers on the newest edition of TimeSuite Estimating. The newest edition provides users with an unlimited number of views. Users can add tabs for template jobs or other jobs, and copy and paste between tabs. Users can now add billing codes on the fly. Users can add sub-cost codes on the fly. Users can add a view to do both the revenue and cost sides of the change order process. In addition, there are many more fields and capabilities that have been added. Scheduling/Task Manager Toolbox Software has now incorporated our new Scheduling/Task Manager into our own support process. Your edition of Toolbox has the Scheduling/Task Manager. Gant Chart scheduling is with dependencies that are forward and backward are just a couple of the facilities extensive capabilities. New Cost Plus Facility: New features include an extensive enhanced cost plus billing facility. We are in the process of finalizing this new facility. The next Generation of We are converting reports to the newest version of We have figured out how to drill down on live transactions from reports, and will begin retrofitting reports with this capability. Because of the volume of reports, it will take a while to give them all the ability to pull up live transactions. Security will be addressed with this new feature. If a user does not have view access to a particular transaction type, the user will be precluded from pulling up the transactions.
